Summary of the role & who we're looking for

Working in the world of care, we're dedicated to collaborating with our customers to provide care home products, consumables and furniture. 


Blueleaf is on a mission to transform care environments — and furniture is at the heart of that vision. We’ve identified furniture as a major growth opportunity and are investing heavily in this category. Now, we’re looking for a permanent, full time Head of Furniture to lead the charge.


This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who’s commercially savvy, passionate about interiors, and ready to build something exceptional.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop a market-leading furniture proposition that gives Blueleaf a competitive edge.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of large-scale furniture projects, collaborating with suppliers to deliver outstanding results.
  • Lead supplier relationships, driving innovation and ensuring Blueleaf stays ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with our sales teams to grow furniture sales across our existing customer base.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in furniture, interiors, or category leadership.
  • Excellent relationship-building and project management skills.
  • A passion for innovation
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Location

You would work from your home address and be required to travel to either our head office in Crawley or our Castleford office on a regular basis to meet the needs of the role and the business.
