Your team:

As a member of the EMEA ETF Product team’s Content group, the ETF Product Content Specialist plays a key role in supporting the promotion of our EMEA ETF product range. The role is responsible for supporting a wide range of compelling ETF content and contributing to cross-functional initiatives that enhance our ETF product strategy.


Your role:


We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative ETF Product Content Specialist to join our EMEA ETF Product Content team. This role is responsible for supporting the development, production and distribution of ETF product-related content across multiple asset classes, channels, and client types for our fast-growing ETF business. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial markets and an interest in ETFs, combined with excellent writing and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • Maintaining a library of ETF product content (e.g. presentations, brochures, product lists, etc.) that is engaging and of high-quality professional standards. Ensure materials are current, consistent, and readily accessible to Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Supporting the development and production of compelling ETF product content across a variety of content formats (e.g. presentations, brochures, one-pagers, web content, and more) from concept through publishing, including writing, editing, layout/design, and compliance approvals.

  • Coordinating ETF content-related workflows with key internal stakeholders including ETF Product, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all content.

  • Supporting the creation of product pitch presentations and other materials required by ETF Product Strategists and Developers for client events and campaigns. Collaborate closely with ETF Product Strategists to ensure clear and concise product positioning across our ETF range.

  • Actively contributing to new product launches, new marketing campaigns and other ETF content-related initiatives with the ability to tailor content to different investor audiences and use cases.

  • Managing the production and distribution of regular internal product updates and newsletters to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on messaging.

  • Creating and update website content in support of marketing activities and new ETF launches. Work with Marketing and Web teams to remediate any content-related issues.

  • Providing support on other ad hoc requests as required.

  • Ensuring all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles.

What you can bring

  • Experience in financial services with good knowledge of financial markets, particularly in asset management and a strong interest in ETFs

  • Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint / Word / Excel with the ability to quickly learn new software applications; experience working with web content and Adobe InDesign is highly valued

  • Exceptional attention to detail in the preparation of presentations (formatting, design) and other written materials (grammar, style)

  • A strong visual sense and demonstrated ability to use form / structure / layout to aid in the communication of complex ideas in clear, concise formats

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Must be comfortable working with data

  • A clear, creative thinker and natural problem solver with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, think logically and communicate ideas clearly

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work across teams and engage with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • A driven, entrepreneurial self-starter; must be highly organised and capable of prioritising a heavy workload and operate effectively with limited supervision

  • Excellent written English; proficiency in another European language also highly desirable

  • University degree required, preferably in finance, economics, business management or any of the STEM fields
