Join Our Team as an After Sales Support Executive – Based in Marlow

We’re looking for a dedicated and professional After Sales Support Executive to join our UK Operations Team, within the After Sales Department, based at our Marlow office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team supporting customers across our diverse and exciting brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver a best-in-class customer support experience, always aiming for first-time resolution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service centre agents, dealers, and key stakeholders.

  • Take full ownership of customer interactions, ensuring every touchpoint is handled with care.

  • Authorise product collections and coordinate repairs under guarantee.

  • Identify cost-effective opportunities and drive efficiency to support operational excellence.

  • Support departmental projects from concept to delivery with a flexible, hands-on approach.

  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and invest in your personal development.

  • Be open to occasional travel across the UK and to customer sites for RMA inspections and warranty assessments.

  • Carry out any ad hoc duties as required by your line manager.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support, with a proven ability to resolve customer inquiries.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver effective solutions quickly.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • High accuracy in data entry and strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to build trust and manage key relationships across the business.

  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently to support customers.
