What you will do
As a Copywriter Lead, you will lead copy streams within campaigns, develop and pitch creative concepts, and lead cross-functional content collaboration. You’ll mentor and develop team members, align copy with brand and campaign strategy, and lead content planning and prioritisation.

- Significant experience in copywriting and creative concept development.
- Leadership skills and experience managing content streams or teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Work with the wider team of designers, creative success specialists and management to further the success of Global Creative and – consequently – Johnson Controls as a whole.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field.
