The role:
As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for the Housekeeping operation. You’ll play a vital role in keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring guests enjoy the highest standards of comfort during their stay.
What you will do:
Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related enquiries
Assign rooms and tasks to Room Attendants, ensuring daily priorities are met
Dispatch information efficiently to the housekeeping team and other departments
Communicate room status updates clearly with Front Office and other operational areas
Support Housekeeping Management with daily coordination and administrative tasks
What you bring:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a related environment
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Solid computer skills and confidence with hotel operating systems (Opera experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English
Previous customer service experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
A hospitality spirit and genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest service
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
