Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team!

The role:

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for the Housekeeping operation. You’ll play a vital role in keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring guests enjoy the highest standards of comfort during their stay.

What you will do:

• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related enquiries

• Assign rooms and tasks to Room Attendants, ensuring daily priorities are met

• Dispatch information efficiently to the housekeeping team and other departments

• Communicate room status updates clearly with Front Office and other operational areas

• Support Housekeeping Management with daily coordination and administrative tasks

What you bring:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a related environment

• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational ability

• Solid computer skills and confidence with hotel operating systems (Opera experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English

• Previous customer service experience and ability to work effectively under pressure

• A hospitality spirit and genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest service

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
