Internal Applicants Only - Digital Credentials Development Officer
Are you passionate about digital innovation and delivering exceptional student experiences? We’re looking for a proactive and forward-thinking individual to join our Student Operations team within Registry Operations, leading the way in transforming how our students and third parties access verified University documents.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on projects involving Digital Certificates and verified documents, using DC Web—our platform for issuing degree certificates, HEAR, and more. But we’re not stopping there. We’re expanding our services to include digital badges, reprint ordering, and print-on-demand solutions—and we need your vision and drive to make it happen.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the University and our software partners to bring these services to life, ensuring they’re efficient, accessible, and future-ready. During peak periods, you’ll also support the wider Graduation and Operational Support Team, contributing to some of the most memorable moments in a student’s journey.
If you’re a motivated problem-solver with a flair for digital systems and a collaborative spirit, we’d love to hear from you.
