As a Primal Operative, you’ll be an essential part of our production team—supporting the preparation of meat products across the Primal department. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to learn and build a future in the food industry.
Shift times are Monday to Friday, 05.00-15.00.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Learn and develop Primal skills through hands-on training and mentoring
- Carcass pushing , handling different cuts of meat
- Support meat preparation tasks including but not limited too, learn how to cute the saw, trimming, breaking carcass down
- Follow strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
- Embrace continuous improvement in all aspects of your work
