With continued success and business growth Wincanton have the opportunity for two Stock and System Administrators to join our team at Branston on a rotating shift pattern 06:00-14:00/ 14:00-22:00.
Salary £24,094.72 per annum
How will you contribute?
Monitor and investigate stock discrepancies between physical and systemic counts.
Investigate and resolve misplaced stock pallets.
Work cross-functionally to support and administrate the Pick function.
Work cross-functionally to support and administrate the Goods-in function.
Book and schedule inbound deliveries in line with pre-agreed site capacities.
Support recall and reconciliation activity with offsite storage locations.
Interrogate data from the WMS system to analyse and reduce stock loss.
Report performance against the key contractual KPIs.
Comply with and champion Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
Always conduct yourself in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service
What will you bring?
Experience of working within a Stock Control environment beneficial but not essential.
Experience of using a Warehouse Management System beneficial but not essential.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and to work to strict deadlines.
Able to work on own initiative as well as within a team.
Takes pride in work and has a keen eye for detail.
PC Literate and able to perform data entry tasks in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to complete a mixture of manual and administrative tasks.
Trustworthy, reliable, accountable, flexible and always operates with integrity.
Flexible to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday and optional overtime as required.
