Your Responsibility:

Warmly Greeting Customers: Offering a friendly and sincere welcome to every person entering the store. This simple act is fundamental in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Providing Initial Information: Proactively offering information about current promotions, in-store events, or the general layout of the store. This can help guide the customer's shopping journey and highlight key products or offers.

Directing Customer Traffic: Efficiently and politely guiding customers to different departments, specific products, or the appropriate staff member for more detailed assistance.

Answering Basic Inquiries: Handling initial questions about store hours, return policies, or the location of restrooms, freeing up other sales staff to focus on more in-depth customer service.

Maintaining Entrance Cleanliness: Ensuring the entrance area is clean, tidy, and presentable, as it is a direct reflection of the store's standards.

Being a Brand Ambassador: Embodying the brand's values and image through a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As a Sports Advisor or Sales Assistant, you will be required to work usual retail hours including evenings and weekends.
