Snowtubing Manager na Blue Mountain Resort

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Are you ready for a winter full of thrills? You are in luck, we are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates a guest for life. This individual will lead the snowtubing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing to work outdoors and able to stand for extended periods of time on uneven surfaces and in inclement weather.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a willingness to initiate guest contact in a friendly manner.
• Willingness to fill in for all aspects of the tubing operation if needed
• Ability to lead a team.
• Ability to create and maintain a schedule
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather and must be available to work a flexible workweek including holidays and weekends.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service and information to the guests
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent.
• Always enforce safety regulations and rules of the hill and follow all departmental standard operating procedures.
• Setup, transport and take down signage, fencing, and mats daily as needed.
• Always keep tubes stacked neatly and keep tubing areas clean and free of debris.
• Shovel and salt as needed to ensure safe walkways.
• Maintain control of lines at the top and bottom of the hill
• Maintain fire in fire pits to add to the guest experience.
• Responsible for keeping company assets safe and in good working condition (e. radios, drills, etc.)
• Entertain guests that are waiting for a turn.
• Assist children with whatever their need may be (gloves, hats, jackets, boots, etc.)
