Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor leads daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role is responsible for coordinating people, processes, materials, and equipment to meet production demand while supporting a culture of safety, engagement, continuous improvement, and accountability. The Production Supervisor is a hands-on leader who actively develops team members and drives performance to achieve plant objectives.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities: other duties may be assigned

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Production Management

  • Execute daily shift production plans to meet schedules and customer needs.
  • Monitor workflow and adjust resources to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues quickly and effectively.

Continuous Improvement 

  • Use data and root cause analysis to drive process improvements.
  • Lead and participate in projects that enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and corrective action plans.
  • Support audits and ensure readiness for customer and regulatory reviews.




Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools preferred.


Schedule: 1st Shift. Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:45pm. Some OT Required.
