The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Data Analyst who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll help turn data into actionable insights that drive real business results. You’ll work cross-functionally with business and data teams to uncover opportunities, improve data processes, and deliver solutions that make an impact. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs, identify gaps, and define requirements.
• Use statistical methods to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex datasets for decision-making.
• Develop data collection methods and help design information flow processes.
• Cleanse and maintain master data files, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Translate business needs into data solutions, working independently or bridging communication between business and technical teams.
• Prepare and present data reports and dashboards that help managers solve real problems.
• Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to support application changes, testing, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; statistical analysis experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with business groups to translate goals into data-driven strategies.
• Experience in data governance, master data management, and SAP systems.
• Ability to analyze the downstream impact of data or process changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical, unbiased approach.
• Great communicator who can align IT and business stakeholders.
• A passion for using data to create clarity and drive results.
• The ability to build bridges between technical and non-technical teams.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset - with a touch of creativity.

What Sets You Apart:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, Information Systems).
• Experience with cloud platforms and system testing.

Where and When You’ll Work:

Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person three days a week at our Columbus, Indiana office and work remotely two days of the week.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $68,135 – $87,219 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
