Purchasing & Customer Support Specialist na ATI Business Group

ATI Business Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Purchasing & Customer Service Officer to support one of our clients in managing procurement-related administrative tasks while ensuring excellent service delivery. In this role, you will process purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, reconcile invoices, and resolve issues promptly to meet SLAs and exceed performance expectations.

Your Main Objective

To manage procurement administration and supplier coordination while delivering outstanding customer service to both suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

• You will process purchase orders and supplier payments using the client’s procurement or accounting software.

• You will coordinate and reconcile supplier invoices and delivery confirmations in the internal system.

• You will carefully follow purchasing procedures and established guidelines to complete assigned tasks.

• You will ensure all procurement activities meet or exceed the team’s quality and accuracy standards.

• You will report supplier issues, delivery delays, or system limitations to your direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Excellent English comprehension, fluent in written, spoken, and reading skills.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service and/or Purchasing/Procurement with overseas vendors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical skills.

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero).
