About The Role

We are the global in-house management consultancy for BASF. Our focus is on strategic projects, which drive effective business growth and transformation. The areas covered here range from growth, organizational development and efficiency projects to acquisition and divestment. We have a strong team spirit and actively promote career development within BASF.

How You Will Do It

Drive large projects and programs together with senior management team in the fields of:

• Innovation & Growth: Driving innovative business modeling, bringing strategies to life and enabling agile organizational set-ups
• Marketing & Sales: Supporting business with state-of-the-art pricing, marketing & sales concepts and strategies
• Organizational Excellence: Optimizing and redefining organizational structures and processes to support strategy and business model implementation
• Post-Merger Integration / Carve Out: Managing mid to large scale acquisitions and divestments
• Change Management: Planning, developing and implementing change initiatives

What We Look For

• Bachelor Degree in Business or other related disciplines
• 2-5 years of full-time professional experience in a global top tier management or strategy consulting firm
• Experience in managing projects in one or more of the following: Strategy, EBIT/ Profit improvement, Operating model and organizational development, Innovation, Sales / Commercial Excellence, M&A /PMI
• Previous experience in chemicals, materials or industrials (B2B) is beneficial.
• Proven expertise in project management methods as well as consulting methodologies and approaches
• Experience in working with multiple key stakeholders including senior management in a multinational work environment
• Open-minded and inclusive attitude, reliable team player
• Inter culturally oriented, with excellent communication skills
