High-Level Overview 
We are building a strategic pool of renewable energy and infrastructure engineers from Francophone Africa to deliver technical expertise in clean energy and sustainable infrastructure projects.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Deliverables: 
  • Leading feasibility studies, design, and technical due diligence in Francophone markets
  • Supporting renewable energy integration (solar, wind, hydro, BESS, grid upgrades)
  • Overseeing EPC/O&M contracts and ensuring quality standards in execution
  • Ensuring technical designs align with ESG and climate resilience principles

Who Should Apply:
  • Engineers and technical specialists with project experience in Francophone Africa
  • French–English bilingual proficiency is essential
  • Strong track record in renewable energy, infrastructure, or power systems engineering
  • Professional certifications (PMP, CEM, PE, etc.) are an advantage

Requirements

Experience Required: 
  • 10+ years’ engineering experience in renewable energy, power systems, or sustainable infrastructure.
  • Proven expertise in feasibility studies, system design, EPC/O&M management, or technical due diligence.
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy integration (solar, wind, hydro, BESS, or grid upgrades).
  • Work experience in Francophone Africa is essential.
  • French–English bilingual proficiency required; technical reporting in both languages.
  • Professional engineering certifications (PMP, CEM, PE, etc.) preferred.
