Duties
You will align, troubleshoot, test, inspect, repair, modify, calibrate, and certify precision measurement equipment.,You will analyze circuits and prepare or interpret detailed diagrams and schematics to effectively calibrate and certify a variety of complex electronic precision measurement equipment, instruments, and standards.,You will set up system test sets and various types of test equipment.,You will use various precision measurement instruments and standards.,You will reduce complex, interrelated or incomplete technical engineering data to assemble form, conduct analysis and assessment; draw conclusions and make recommendations in understandable form.,You will coordinate with technical and professional personnel on matters affecting operating specifications and changes in procedures.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally in excess of 50 pounds with the help of weight handling equipment. WORKING CONDITIONS May be exposed to the possibility of electric shock, burns from electrical or radio frequency energy or hot solder, and cuts and bruises. May be required to wear appropriate safety gear such as protective eyewear, footwear, and gloves.
