Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineering Intern to join our API Modernization team starting January 2026. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to enhancing our Automation API—improving performance, usability, and the overall developer experience.You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects, build reusable code and automation scripts, and explore new optimizations. It’s a great opportunity to make an impact while growing your skills in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Please note that this is a hybrid position for Winter 2026 (January -April 2026 work term)
Responsibilities:
Build prototypes and components that support key API features
Collaborate with engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain complex systems
Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high-quality results
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing a BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, ideally in your 3rd or 4th year
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, especially object-oriented programming
Familiarity with at least one language (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, or Python)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communicator and team player
Experience with .NET and C#
Familiarity with AWS or cloud computing concepts
Exposure to web development frameworks and tools
Experience using Git or other version control systems
Understanding of Agile development practices
