Our Marketing team has a fantastic opportunity for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join the team! Reporting through to our Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing and reporting on paid marketing campaigns, analysing data and reporting, plus managing a range of projects.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate, or junior Marketer, to utilise their knowledge of digital and performance marketing principles to deliver high quality work to enable an exceptional experience for our customers! Whether it's via study or internship / work experience, this is a great way to put your learnings into practice, with an industry leading eCommerce retailer.

In this role you'll be responsible for:
  • Analysing, reporting and optimising paid marketing campaigns
  • Partnering with the broader Marketing team and internal stakeholders on key marketing initiatives and projects
  • Working on initiatives related to paid search marketing, email lead generation, social media and affiliate marketing
  • Looking for new ways to expand and improve Kogan.com's digital marketing campaigns, using analysis and statistical methods, to drive performance and profitability
  • Using various digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and Tableau to assist with campaign implementation & reporting
  • Identifying key data trends across all website channels to ensure continual improvement
  • Ensuring creative used across paid marketing for Kogan.com verticals is accurate and up to date



  • To be successful in this role, you should be:
  • University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Marketing, Analytics, Communications or similar)
  • Certified in Google Ads, preferably with some worked experience of the tool. Exposure to Google Ad Editor and Google Analytics will be highly regarded
  • Experienced in, or have been exposed to, Performance Marketing, preferably in a Retail or eCommerce environment
  • Highly analytical and ready to delve into data - you'll be working in the detail and making recommendations on what you find!
  • Have an excellent attention to detail, with an ability to move through volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • An excellent multitasker  – you’ll be managing multiple projects and priorities at once, keeping everything on track without missing a beat
  • A whiz with Microsoft Excel (we’re talking VLOOKUP and pivot tables, not SUM and AVERAGE - and we will test your capabilities)
  • Inquisitive and ready to be challenged - we're not afraid of putting in hard work to deliver a superior product!
