The Opportunity:

The Workplace Learning Administrator provides high level administrative and project support to the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) team. This role will involve interactions with students, industry, a third-party placement provider and academic staff to ensure workplace learning experiences are managed efficiently and effectively. 

About You:
You are a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail, outstanding organisational and time management skills, and a friendly, professional approach. You’ll be confident multitasking and capable of building positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. A genuine passion for supporting student success is essential to thrive in this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide administrative, project, and student support, including facilitating student drop-in sessions, maintaining accurate records of WIL documentation, and managing student and client databases.
  • Oversee the WIL InPlace platform for VUBS, including the processing of student placements, maintenance of records and generation of reports.
  • Assist in the organisation of WIL events and coordinate industry activities on campus.

Conditions & Benefits:

Salary: HEP 6 $88,691 - $96,001 per annum + 17% Superannuation
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (until January 2027)
Hours: 36.75 per week
Location: City Tower Campus
