About the Role:
Lendlease are looking for an experienced Change Manager join our Defence and National Security business unit, on an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension. This is a key role, that will support the execution of change management activities and deliverables for the Defence Account Uplift Program.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Business Operations Manager and assigned Defence and National Security leads (including vendors) to develop and execute the comprehensive change management plan.
Conduct impact analyses to identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed changes.
Design and deliver engaging training programs (where necessary) and communication materials to support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new tools and processes.
Proactively identify and manage resistance to change, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of digital solutions supporting the new operating model.
Track and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on progress to key stakeholders.
About you:
You will be a strong communicator with experience leading change initiatives within a complex Digital Transformation program, change management experience with operating model change.
Due to the nature of the work and business, you will need to be an Australian Citizen at the time of application to be eligible for this role.
You will also need:
At least 7 years' experience leading change projects; ideally in the digital transformation space, with proven experience leading change programs within MS Office 365.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and their practical application.
Strong influencing skills to seamlessly guide and support leaders through the change process.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively communicate change management plans to stakeholders, and facilitate training programs.
Strong problem solving skills to address and resolve issues that arise during the change process.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
