Part of Global Solutions, Global Solutions provides complete access solutions to specific industry verticals, such as hotels and hotel chains.
Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…
As a Installation technician agent for VConnect solution, you will be part of the core team leading the implementation, configuration, and technical support of this new solution, designed to connect communication, management, and automation systems within the hospitality environment.
You will work directly with clients, distributors, and internal teams to ensure an efficient and scalable rollout of the product. This role requires a proactive mindset, adaptability to an evolving solution, and active participation in its continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Perform remote installations and configurations of VConnect, following established technical and functional procedures.
- Actively contribute to the definition and improvement of implementation processes as the product is rolled out.
- Conduct connectivity tests, technical validations, and customized configurations for each client.
- Respond to requests or incidents during installation, commissioning, and post-sales phases.
- Document each intervention and case in internal platforms (CRM, ticketing systems, knowledge bases).
- Work closely with the development team and Technical Coordinator, providing valuable operational feedback.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new features and use cases.
- Work toward the continuous improvement objectives of your department.
- Help identify unmet functional needs and propose improvements based on client experience.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in technical support, installation, or integration of technology solutions.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of networks, connectivity, APIs, or system integrations.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and contribute to their operational development.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with ticketing platforms like ZOHO or project management tools like Redmine (a plus).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain orderly processes.
- Advanced level of English (other languages are a plus).
- Proactivity, problem-solving attitude, and customer orientation.
