Location

This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We’re thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What You'll Do:

As our new Materials Planner you will responsible be for ensuring that the necessary materials and components are available to meet production schedules supporting customer demands across all Mark Anthony Brands International production locations without causing delays or excess inventory to support production as per plans. Managing current and future portfolio through accurate use of the material requirements planning (MRP) capability, maintaining accurate master data, delivery information and strong supplier relationships to support the Supply Chain planning team.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Manage raw material inventory levels to ensure continuous availability for production with agreed coverage levels at each site.

  • Place purchase orders (POs) with suppliers in line with correct lead times and batch size requirements.

  • Maintain accurate system updates and clear communication with suppliers in the event of changes to delivery dates.

  • Receipt POs accurately and on time to support smooth material flow and system integrity.

  • Ensure invoices are matched and processed promptly to avoid risk of supply disruption.

  • Maintain master data accuracy in the QAD system to enable effective material requirements planning (MRP).

  • Coordinate and action raw material quality issues, escalating risks or opportunities to the planning and procurement leadership team.

  • Manage introduction of new or changed materials, ensuring availability for product launches and packaging refreshes.

     

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
  • +5 years' experience in materials planning or an equivalent type role.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ideally QAD.

  • Practical knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) processes and master data maintenance.

  • Experience contributing to process improvements in fast-paced, growth-oriented business environments.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management and supply chain planning practices.
