Our Data Engineering team is on a mission: to build a secure, resilient, and cost-effective data platform that makes it possible for everyone to be an analyst.

What you'll do:

  • Design, implement, and maintain our Data Warehouse, including monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution

  • Administer tools and systems, ensuring security, access control, and performance

  • Help software engineering teams understand product performance over time

  • Partner with the BI team to enable self-service datasets for key business areas

  • Champion automation through Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting

  • Uphold data quality, standardisation, documentation, and onboarding best practices

  • Lead the ingestion of new data sources into the warehouse

What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience in a Data Engineering role (experience with cloud data platforms preferred)

  • Bonus points if you have experience working in scaling consumer tech business or marketplace

  • Solid understanding of data modelling, pipelines, and warehousing

  • Hands-on experience with at least some of our stack (Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Airflow, Python, etc.)

  • Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and a passion for scalable, automated solutions

  • Enjoy working with internal stakeholders to consistently deliver against key projects and have excellent collaboration and communication skills

  • As part of our small team, you’ll need a hands-on, can-do attitude. You’re someone who’s self-motivated and knows how to drive results

  • The ability to work hybrid to work hybrid and commute to our offices in the central business district
