Purpose of the Role
As a Service Quality Manager, you�ll be at the center of service excellence across our sites. You�ll lead with empathy, influence with integrity, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Your mission? To ensure our operations run smoothly, our teams feel supported, and our customers are delighted.
What You�ll Do
Champion Service Excellence & Operational Partnership
- Be a trusted advisor to site leaders, guiding adherence to SOPs and service standards.
- Influence daily operations to meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs.
- Identify and close performance gaps through collaboration�not control.
Support Issue Resolution & Customer Engagement
- Serve as the go-to for customer-facing escalations, ensuring swift and thoughtful resolution.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to solve problems and prevent future issues.
- Build strong relationships with customer partners, advocating for our values and their satisfaction.
Enable Continuous Improvement & Performance Visibility
- Help teams uncover and implement improvements in throughput, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive action on trends.
- Connect teams and promote best practices during rollouts of new initiatives.
Lead with Heart
- Foster connection and trust across teams and functions.
- Promote shared accountability through influence and support.
- Model human-centered leadership�listen, guide, and empower.

What You Bring
- 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or service operations.
- Proven ability to lead through influence in complex environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills (think: root cause analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Experience with customer engagement and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven setting.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
