Position Summary:
This position will work with other service and installation coordinators and will be involved with scheduling installation jobs in a fast-paced environment. Appointment scheduling with clients will require strong coordination and follow-up skills. Dispatch service technicians who service and repair electronic security systems, access control, CCTV, and fire systems. Monitor service issues, respond to inquiries on the telephone, communicate with technicians, and survey incoming and outgoing jobs to ensure single ticket dispatching and completion of service tickets within a timely manner. Desired characteristics include persistence, ability to be a team player, self – motivation, and hardworking.
Position Responsibilities:
- Schedule installation jobs with clients.
- Schedule Fire System Test/Certification appointments.
- Manage incoming customer calls.
- Dispatch and track Technicians while ensuring tracking logs are kept current.
- Coordinate Work Orders and document information in Sedona.
- Ensure all information is recorded in the End of Day Reports.
- Ensure that all jobs/parts are accounted for, and tasks are approved billing to occur in a timely manner.
- Manage information that identifies the status of incomplete Jobs (i.e. if parts are on order, etc.) that is accessible to management.
- Handle and approve Sedona Tasks.
- Work closing with Inventory Coordinator to kit jobs.
- Various projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Client relation skills and impeccable multitasking abilities are paramount.
- Professional communication, prioritization and organizational skills are required.
- Security industry experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills including, MS Word and Excel, are needed.
- An attitude that fosters a teamwork approach to problem solving

Reporting Relationships:
This position reports directly to the Installation Manager.
