This is a part time / contract based position, carried out from our beautiful offices in DubaĂŻ, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch!
French and English fluency is required.
YOUR MISSION đÂ

As our Personal Brand Ambassador, you will become the storyteller-in-chief for Paradox â elevating our voice, growing an audience of raving fans, and expanding our impact through personal brand content that actually matters.
Youâll be the creative engine behind short-form videos that feel native, not corporate â real and impossible to ignore.
This is a role for a builder. A digital storyteller. A camera-facing content machine with a creative eye, a social-first brain with an obsession with what actually works online.
Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession of excelling, having a worldwide impact and not just selling products but crafting experiences.
To do so, here are your 3 responsibilities :Â
1 | Â CREATE MAGNETIC PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT
Build a full content pipeline (from ideation to publication) for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual)
Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale
Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains â and always aligns with our values and voice
Develop your own on-camera presence â charismatic, confident, and true to our brand personality
2 | Â ANALYSE & OPTIMIZE WHAT WORKS
Review performance data weekly â iterate & build on content that is resonating, converting, and driving real engagement
Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time
Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence â your KPIs are audience growth, engagement, and credibility
Design and implement forward-thinking content strategies, taking into account the various growth factors (audience peak, formats naturally boosted by the algorithm and so on).
Play with new trends and keep up to date with the news to adapt our content and be as much as possible in resonance with our audience and its current issues or envies.
