We’re looking for a bright, outgoing, and friendly individual to be the welcoming face of our studio and help drive membership growth and client satisfaction.

Here's what we are looking for:
- Engage with new and returning clients to understand their needs and match them with the right massage and membership options.
- Follow our proven sales process to introduce and enroll clients in our monthly Elements Wellness Program.
- Be a positive, supportive presence in our scent-free, smoke-free studio
Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell therapeutic massage services, memberships, and gift cards.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and our Elements Wellness Program.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by building rapport and encouraging repeat business.
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phones courteously and provide accurate information on services, pricing, and availability.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow up with members to encourage booking their monthly sessions
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and payment processing.
Maintain a clean, organized, and calming front desk area.
Work closely with massage therapists to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
Prior retail sales experience preferred—especially selling memberships or services in person.
Customer service experience in a spa-like or wellness-focused environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Comfortable using modern office tools and systems (experience with Mindbody is a bonus).
A team player who is passionate about creating a positive environment for coworkers and clients alike.
High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent work experience required.
Availability to work evenings and weekends—our studio is open seven days a week.
