Provide the bar area with supplies and provide the bartender with items on request, assuring that guests have a favorable experience in the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Responsible to stock multiple bars and setting up beer tubs for event.
• Responsible to cut all fruit for all banquet and concert events.
• Responsible restocking coolers and liquor cage.
• Responsible making sure the liquor cage and coolers are neat and clean at all times.
• Empty garbage and take spandex off trash can.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
• To be visible on the floor during events.

 

Skills to Help You Succeed:

• Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions.
• Knowledge of all bar equipment, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol.
• Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
• Ability to use near vision, see details at close range.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Six months experience in the beverage field.
• You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.
• Ability to handle multi-tasking heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
