You'll master the art of warm welcomes while seamlessly orchestrating guest seating, table service support, and comprehensive hospitality assistance that sets the tone for unforgettable mountain dining experiences.

Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.

Responsibilities:

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Create unforgettable first impressions through warm, professional welcomes that set the stage for exceptional mountain dining experiences.
  • Serve as a culinary storyteller, sharing the excitement of daily specials and seasonal menu offerings that enhance guest anticipation and satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted dining consultant, offering personalized recommendations that perfectly align with each guest's preferences and dietary needs.
  • Become a culinary ambassador, sharing fascinating insights about ingredient origins and preparation methods that elevate the overall dining experience.
Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

  • Master the art of multilevel communication excellence in English, both verbal and written, creating meaningful connections with team members and guests through attentive, friendly, and hospitality-focused interactions that drive memorable experiences.
  • Demonstrate exceptional listening intelligence and empathetic problem-solving abilities to understand, clarify, and resolve concerns from colleagues and guests, fostering trust and lasting satisfaction.
  • Excel in dynamic multitasking and strategic prioritization, seamlessly managing multiple hospitality functions under pressure while consistently meeting service excellence standards.
  • Embody our hospitality philosophy in every interaction, approaching all encounters with genuine warmth, professionalism, and hospitality excellence that creates extraordinary guest experiences.
  • Obtain and maintain Washington State Food Worker Card certification to ensure the highest standards of food safety and public health protection in all culinary service operations.

Wage and Benefit Info:

The wage for this positions is: $21.00 - $23.35/hr + Tips

This is a non-benefited role.

All individuals may contribute to the 401(k).  An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).

All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.

All Full Time individuals may participate in our Ally Heath benefit. It gives fast and easy access to Telemedicine and Mental Health appointments. It covers all family members and there are no copays or deductibles. It is a $4 deduction each week.
