Job Summary:   
The IMA Group is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician II to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and supporting computer hardware, software, and related peripherals across IMA locations. You’ll play a key role in system administration, backups, and network support, while also assisting in software training and providing technical expertise to both staff and satellite offices.
 
This is a hybrid position based out of our Tarrytown, NY headquarters. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional weekend availability required. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week on-site in our Tarrytown office, with flexibility for remote work on the remaining days. The salary range is $25 an hour to $27 an hour, depending on experience. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Install, administer, and optimize network operating systems and client software.
  • Perform and monitor daily system backups.
  • Assist in the administration of the company’s WAN connecting satellite offices.
  • Provide support and training for application software.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professional and courteous interactions.
  • Complete additional IT support duties as assigned.
Education: 
  • High School Diploma with advanced technical or management training required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
