Creative Services Specialist na Colony Brands

We are seeking two Creative Services Specialists to support our Creative Marketing Services department in the design, execution, and accuracy of digital and print spreads for our Home, Hardgoods and Apparel retail brands. You will be a collaborative partner within our omni-channel focused organization. What You’ll Do
Your work will focus on working within and maintaining assigned brands’ style guides and executing changes to creative catalog pages. You’ll work closely with our Creative team to ensure the quality of our catalog designs and layouts meet our company standards. You’ll utilize Adobe Creative Suite and our Content Management Databases to produce catalog pages and support material.

In addition, you’ll also be responsible for:
• Auditing existing graphic treatments, fonts, and templates to streamline a stronger branding and customer experience
• Analyzing layout consistency for graphic appearance, accuracy, and neatness according to set Brand standards
• Supporting project workflow to update layout content based on feedback from merchandisers and creative team reviews

Regular/Full-Time

We need a motivated individual willing to work in a deadline driven environment. Someone who values attention to detail and is proficient in Adobe InDesign. You must possess excellent visual and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with our cross-functional partners. Ideally you will possess an associate’s degree in graphic design, Commercial Art, or a related field and 2+ years of related work experience.

In addition, we are seeking:
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Conceptual understanding of product presentation for ease of customer shopping experience by catalog
• Ability to deliver consistent quantity and quality of work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to give clear and concise instructions
• Solid prioritization and organizational skills
