Miller’s Textile Services, a family-owned industry-leading company with nearly 80 years of history, is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to grow our customer base in the Columbus market. We provide Linen, Uniform, Mat, and Sanitation/Janitorial/First Aid rental service products across a wide range of industries throughout Ohio, guided by our mission: Show up on time, do what we say, finish what we start… and have fun doing it.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business by prospecting and presenting our products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and resolve customer needs.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses to deliver the right solutions.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed sales targets.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: Base salary $40,000–$50,000, plus uncapped commission (current reps earn an additional $15,000–$61,000 annually), plus quarterly/annual performance incentive bonuses.
  • Tools & Support: Company-paid vehicle (insurance, gas, maintenance covered), laptop, and cell phone allowance.
  • Growth: One-on-one training, mentoring and career development, and advancement opportunities.
  • Balance: Local sales territory (60–75 mile radius, no overnight travel) and a flexible work environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous B2B sales or customer service experience, preferably in a recurring rental product or service industry with long-term service agreements.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated self-starter comfortable with cold calling and consultative selling.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
