Supports the Business Development department by managing and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making across teams. The analyst will work closely with sales and leadership teams to deliver customized reports and respond to data needs in a timely and accurate manner.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in a related discipline and at least two (2) years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and other data analysis/reporting tools.

- Ability to explain data findings clearly to leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain sales databases and reporting systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in development and implementation of individual sales strategy.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support ad hoc data requests and create custom reports for executives and team members.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Explain data findings to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
- Assist with forecasting and data modeling as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
