What You'll Do:

The Business Analyst will identify, document, and improve GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Revenue Operations. You will collaborate with project leads, technical teams, and internal partners to analyze current workflows, recommend improvements, and support execution of projects that accelerate commercial outcomes. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Program Management - Revenue Operations.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • You will document current-state GTM processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You will support planning of future-state workflows aligned to strategic priorities.
  • You will collaborate with functional partners to translate requirements into applicable project work.
  • You will conduct structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
  • You will perform structured data analysis and synthesis, using both quantitative and qualitative inputs to inform design decisions and business recommendations.
  • You will support testing, change management, and user training during project delivery.
  • You will use AI-enabled tools and methods to grow recurring business processes.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, GTM Operations, or related roles.
  • Process mapping and documentation skills (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience working within Revenue Operations or GTM environments.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI), and SQL for reporting, analysis, and process optimization
