In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing dough to ensure it meets our high standards for quality, consistency, and taste. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking, detail-oriented, and physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and mix dough ingredients according to established recipes and production schedules.
Operate dough processing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and consistent dough production.
Monitor dough consistency and texture, adjusting ingredients or processes as needed.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving dough processing issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Lift and move dough ingredients or finished products, up to 50 pounds, as required.
Maintain accurate records of dough production, including ingredient quantities and batch numbers.
Work closely with other production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dough preparation, baking, or food production is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality control under pressure.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
