Part-Time, Non-Union, Non-Exempt Position
$19.00 per hour, 20 hours per week
BASIC FUNCTION OF ASSISTANT DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST:
General office duties including typing, answering client concerns & relaying program communications to the correct employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF ASSISTANT DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST:
- Assists Data Coordinator
- Participates in data collection and service documentation activities and assist in maintaining accurate client files
- Works on the tracking of customer activity for the Meals on Wheels Program
- Receive training in our daily platform CXM
- Assists in creating excel speadsheets, power point, smartsheets, and other data tracking documents
- Working closely with data coordinator to ensure documentation is completed accurately
- Researches inquiries
- Performs high volume duties in a timely and accurate manner and maintains confidentiality at all times
- Provides back up to Receptionist
- Provides customer services
- Assists in quarterly audits in gathering data and necessary documents
- Accept Telephone referrals for Meals on Wheels services when necessary by completing program intake
- Create and process all newsletters to be provides to our meals on wheels clients on a monthly basis
- Enters in restricted diets into CXM per what is on the menu
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS OF ASSISTANT DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST:
Education:
Associate's Degree preferred, but will accept experience in lieu of degree.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in general office work. Bilingual Required(Spanish).
