The ESIS Vendor Manager will ensure compliance with the ESIS third party vendor policies and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with ESIS leaders to provide tools and resources needed to meet their business needs while staying compliant with all internal policies to protect our company and clients;
  • Direct responsibility for ensuring ESIS third party vendor partners are fully compliant with all applicable Chubb/ESIS requirements;
  • Work closely with multiple internal parties to onboard new third party vendors, complete due diligence requests or assessments;
  • Maintain third party vendor SOC report database and provide information to Finance/SOC manager as needed;
  • Organize third party vendor records, approvals, agreements in dedicated Sharepoint site 
  • Stay abreast of service or organizational changes of our third party vendors, engaging appropriate internal and external resources as needed to stay fully compliant;

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years claims experience, involving direct experience with workers’ compensation, auto and general liability, ideally with at least two years of supervisory experience;
  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years working directly with third party vendors in an oversight role;
  • Ideal candidate will have experience using Coupa/BuyNow platform;
  • Strong understanding of the commercial third party claim administrator (TPA) industry;
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent business experience;
  • Ability to consistently execute and deliver results;
  • Demonstrated strategic thought leadership around vendor compliance and controls;
  • Excellent influencing and partnership skills; ability to work collaboratively with ESIS business leaders, third party vendor partners, intercompany departments and senior executives;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive approach;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling the ability to multi-task and adapt within a constantly changing environment;
  • Self-motivated and innovative with the ability to set direction, manage own work, and effectively obtain results from others;
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows, continually implementing improvements;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; and
  • Ability to travel as needed, which is projected to be less than 10%.

The base salary range for the role is $103,100 to $175,300. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
