Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Production Cook is responsible for the safe1 large-scale production of scratch-cooked recipes at the Culinary Center. This role ensures meals are prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining quality and efficiency. The Production Cook collaborates closely with the Warehouse Coordinator and other food service staff to ensure food production meets demand and distribution schedules.

$20.70 (Step 1) - $27.24 (Step 8) per hour, DOE. Placement determined by experience and no higher than step 8.
