Huntington University has an opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Registrar's Office.
The Administrative Assistant serves as the face of the Registrar’s Office. Assists with routine operation of the Registrar’s office including records maintenance, office communications, advising and registration, institutional reporting and publications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a strong personal Christian commitment and faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to serve others
- Must be committed to the mission of Huntington University as a comprehensive Christian College dedicated to educating men and women to impact our world for Christ
- Positive interpersonal skills and a team player
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to execute multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Basic secretarial skills
- Demonstrated accuracy and dependability
- Ability to relate well to students and faculty
- Commitment to continuous process improvement
