The Business Process Project Manager I works closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and improve key business processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in mapping, documenting, and analyzing existing business processes, primarily within Sales Operations and Demand Planning
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to streamline workflows
- Collect and analyze process performance data; assist in building dashboards and reports for management
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and support project implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of process changes and measuring their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support change management efforts, including developing training documentation and communication plans
- Work with business systems and tools to automate repetitive tasks whenever possible
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in performance management and/or delivery of company products and services
- 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment
- Basic understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $65,200 to $78,300 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
