Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

Ready to begin your career in a dynamic, international environment in Leon? Our Global Operations Centre is the perfect place for graduates and early-career talent to grow. You’ll gain hands-on experience in financial operations, develop in-demand skills, and have access to clear career pathways in a supportive and collaborative team.

We are looking for a Screening Analyst to join our Screening team, reporting to the Screening Manager. We are looking for someone who can ideally speak Spanish and English, although any other languages will be an asset. 

This role is based in our Global Operations Centre and will require participation in a shift pattern rotation to cover our global operations across all timezones.

What you’ll do:

  • Efficiently review and investigate matches against sanctions and internal lists, taking appropriate action.
  • Conduct real-time, rules-based monitoring of client transactions and promptly address any generated alerts.
  • Respond effectively to information requests from banking partners regarding transactions.
  • Address inquiries from internal departments in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Complete assigned tasks with focus and efficiency, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Proactively communicate task status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers, escalating issues promptly as needed.
  • Strictly adhere to all internal policies, processes, and procedures.

What you’ll need:

  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Demonstrates diligence, strong attention to detail, and analytical thinking
  • Proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven operational environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative and comfortable contributing effectively within a team setting
  • Possesses a strong curiosity and eagerness to learn, actively seeking clarification to ensure process understanding
  • Adaptable and able to navigate evolving products, processes, and procedures
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to contribute to Ebury's success
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) principles is desirable
