Rogue Community Health is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator who brings care, consistency, and a collaborative spirit to everything they do. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth onboarding experiences, maintain accurate records, and be a trusted point of contact for our team.
This HR Coordinator position will specialize in a broad range of responsibilities and will have a hand in every corner of the Human Resources Department. This is a full-time position for someone who is passionate, not only about HR, but for making a positive impact and serving our community.

- Unbeatable customer service and follow through 100% of the time
- Excellent attention to detail, is organized, and can process multiple tasks at the same time
- Enjoys presenting in front of all group sizes
- Work in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Employee Relations Coordinator
- The drive to be curious and do deep dive research to help answer questions or find out information
- Meet deadlines as assigned weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Respond to the daily questions that come into the HR department
- Communicate effectively and timely with internal and external customers through active listening, confident written and verbal skills
- Proactive, engaged team member who is excited to participate in department growth
- Accurate data entry and documentation
- Available to answer and prioritize staff member’s questions and requests daily
- Adaptable and flexible when prioritizing tasks and assignments
- Motivated and driven individual that seeks excellence in their day-to-day work
- Clear understanding of Oregon employment law and legal HR practices
- Strong technology skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Maintain confidentiality
Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.
