Here at TPS Group Holdings, we are seeking a hands-on HR leader to support our fast-paced Distribution Center in Leominster, MA. As the HRBP for our Distribution Center (DC), you’ll be a strategic partner to site leadership, driving a positive, inclusive team member experience and a high-performance culture. This highly collaborative role offers the opportunity to lead through influence and make a meaningful impact across the team member lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the DC leadership team on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the DC, team member engagement, and event planning.
- Lead investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues with professionalism and objectivity.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Support training and development initiatives, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
- Drive high-volume recruiting efforts for peak season staffing (July–November), including agency partnerships and strategy execution.
- Promote a culture of safety and partner with leadership on building-wide safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with corporate and field HR teams on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
- Represent the TPS brand with professionalism and integrity in all HR interactions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by TPS leadership.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing employee relations, recruiting, and performance management.
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve and as we scale.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom is a plus.
- HR certifications and/or bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field highly desirable.
