This position will lead our strategic growth efforts in the U.S. public sector market. This role requires a sophisticated, enterprise-minded seller who understands how to navigate long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical requirements, and acquisition strategies. It will be responsible for driving federal revenue by building relationships with federal agencies, prime contractors, and federal systems integrators, aligning SNUC System’s solutions with mission-critical initiatives.

Requirements
  • Own the enterprise sales cycle for federal opportunities, from strategic account planning through contract execution and delivery.
  • Build and execute territory and account strategies targeting federal civilian and defense agencies, aligned with SNUC System’s product and service offerings.
  • Develop multi-year growth plans for target agencies and integrators, focusing on high-value opportunities and mission alignment.
  • Establish deep relationships across procurement, program, and IT/engineering stakeholders to influence buying decisions and RFP inclusion.
  • Navigate and leverage federal procurement vehicles (e.g., GSA, SEWP, 2GIT, NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) to accelerate sales motion.
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs, manage contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and relevant federal guidelines.
  • Partner closely with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to shape customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain opportunity details in CRM.
  • Represent SNUC Systems at key federal industry events and meetings to enhance visibility and thought leadership.

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with at least 4 years focused on the U.S. federal government (civilian or DoD).
  • Proven track record of selling complex technology or hardware solutions with deal sizes >$500K.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations, procurement cycles, and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through strategic consultative selling.
  • Strong executive presence, influencing skills, and value-based selling experience.
  • Familiarity with key federal IT programs, modernization efforts, and edge computing needs.

Travel:

  • Travel up to 35–40% (with concentration in the National Capital Region and major defense hubs)
