Job Summary:
creative werks partners with some of the world’s most recognizable food brands to bring their products to market through packaging design, co-packing and manufacturing services. We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly and make an impact.
In this role, you’ll support everything from client pitches and proposals, market research, tradeshows, day-to-day team operations and collaborating with various departments while gaining tangible skills across the greater sales, co-packing and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain.
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals that highlight creative werk’s unique solutions
- Research categories, competitors and market trends to spot opportunities
- Aid in planning and executing tradeshows—from logistics to follow-ups
- Manage CRM updates and reporting, helping track pipeline activity and team KPIs
- Field inbound sales leads and field inbound Request For Quotes/Inquiry (RFI) by evaluating prospective clients, scheduling introductory meetings and maintaining accurate account records
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Project Management and Client Services to keep initiatives moving forward
- Contribute on creative projects, content updates and special campaigns
- Sit in on client and internal meetings to learn the business firsthand
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a role where you’ll get exposure across many functions
Requirements
What Your Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
- 0–2 years of sales, marketing or account management experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus but not required
- Embraces curiosity, has a proactive mindset and a team-player attitude
- Sound organizational skills being able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately +/- 5%)

The approved annualized base compensation range for this role is established at $55,000 - $75,000. Final offer amounts will be determined based on candidate skills, qualifications, experience and domain expertise.
