About the Role
We’re a fast-growing in-home window replacement company, and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can partner directly with our sometimes-larger-than-life CEO — and provide essential support to the rest of our executive team. This role is central to keeping the business moving forward: balancing calendars, prepping for big decisions, building relationships across the company, and ensuring that the details never get lost in the shuffle.
It’s not a job for someone who just wants to “manage a calendar.” This is a high-impact role where you’ll be trusted to anticipate needs, bring order to complexity, and create space for the CEO and C-Suite to focus on what matters most. You’ll also be the go-to expert for PowerPoint presentations, Excel reporting, and notary needs — making you indispensable to both the CEO and the broader team.

Top 6 Responsibilities
Keep the CEO focused on being the CEO: Anticipate needs, protect his time, and assist with tasks to ensure his attention stays on the highest-impact priorities.
Be the C-Suite Partner: Provide seamless support to the executive team
Polish the Work: Draft, edit, and design professional PowerPoint decks, Excel reports, and executive communications.
Provide oversight to the Office Manager/Receptionist, ensuring the corporate office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Handle Logistics: Plan meetings, book travel, manage expenses, and step in where needed.
Provide Trusted Support: Act as a notary (or obtain certification, sponsored by the company) and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Window Nation provides competitive compensation and benefits. The salary offered for this position will be based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be disclosed during the interview process.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite experience strongly preferred).
  • Must be a notary public or willing to obtain certification (sponsored by the company).
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint expertise.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and yes — a sense of humor — to thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Why You’ll Love This Role
  • A front-row seat to the strategy and growth of a market-leading company.
  • Direct partnership with a CEO who brings energy and vision to everything he does.
  • A chance to work with an accomplished, collaborative C-Suite team.
  • An environment that values professionalism, positivity, and a little bit of fun along the way.
  • Company sponsorship to become a notary (if not already certified).
