Key duties:
- Identify and review Top Tier/International Business Class reservations.
- Ensure special service requests are fulfilled.
- Communicate with the worldwide network of Air Canada Concierges for follow-up.
- Greet and assist high value/high profile customers.
- Offer assistance for special needs.
- Monitor connections and proactively re-book as required.
- Work with Super Elite reservations desk and Customer Relations to resolve service failures.
- Maintain and update Concierge library and daily log.
- Develop a network of contacts and resources for diverse customer requests.
- Strong knowledge of local city attractions, events, hotels, restaurants and services;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong desire to consistently exceed customer expectations while providing personalized service;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Proactive, take-charge attitude in resolving problems with creative solutions;
- Good sense of judgment in balancing customer interests with company policy;
- Superior leadership and people skills with demonstrated ability to work as a team player;
- Self-motivated with an excellent ability to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks at the same time;
- Knowledge and experience as an Airport Customer Sales and Service Agent would be considered an asset;
- Superior knowledge of airline service information and airport procedures would be considered an asset;
- Ticketing experience would be considered an asset;
- Adhere to Air Canada's uniform guide and grooming standards;
- Ability to meet Air Canada medical standards through a medical examination;
- Employment is subject to meeting US Custom & Boarder Protection (USCBP) requirements for obtaining both a Customs Seal and an Airport ID Badge;
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest, at the time any offer of employment is made and seeking any required work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required is the sole responsibly of the candidates applying for this position.
