We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops a talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Oversee payroll processing and end of year and quarterly tax filings
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Oversee all aspects of benefits administration, including compliance and renewal requirements
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems
- Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Paylocity is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
