Requirements

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of LIHTC/affordable housing management experience
   
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar software
   
• Strong knowledge of tax credit compliance and HUD regulations
   
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills - Must be able to meet deadlines
   
• Local or available to start within 2 weeks (sooner preferred)
   
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
