Position Description:
The Company is seeking an experienced, proactive, and driven Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic accounting and finance team. We are looking for a candidate who embraces challenges and is eager to expand their skills at a Company that continues to grow and evolve. This role is critical to ensure accurate financial reporting and SEC compliance and will be a key partner to the Sr. Mgr of Financial Reporting and Chief Accounting Officer, as well as other departments ensuring the Company is well-positioned for public company standards and long-term success.
This role will work directly on quarterly and annual filings while supporting technical accounting initiatives that drive business decisions. The Company is seeking a team member who actively seeks to enhance and streamline our processes, moving beyond existing methods to achieve better results. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quarterly financial statements and SEC filings, preparing statements of cash flows and equity, as well as other ad hoc technical accounting and financial reporting tasks.
Requirements:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review quarterly financial statements and SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K etc.)
- Maintain disclosure checklists and ensure compliance with GAAP and disclosure requirements
- Research and document technical accounting matters to ensure GAAP and SEC Compliance
- Support the accounting and finance teams in meeting deadlines and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
- Prepare complex accounting for equity transactions including stock-based compensation calculations and journal entries, earnings per share computations, etc.
- Stay up to date on changes to accounting standards and proactively identify potential impacts to the Company’s financial statements
- Support ad hoc projects, analysis and management reporting initiatives
- Work hands on with the CAO, Sr. Mgr of Financial Reporting, Legal, FP&A and Controller for accounting and reporting compliance within the business
Internal Controls
Follow SOX controls and ensure all documentation is in accordance with SOX documentation standards
Audit:
- Act as a liaison with external auditors; assist in supporting the quarterly reviews and annual audit regarding financial reporting and technical accounting requests.
- Engage with auditors as appropriate with internal controls and technical accounting matters
Qualifications
- Leadership / Interpersonal:

Functional:
- Recent experience with financial reporting in a public company environment or public accounting background
- Strong industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
Technical:
- Experience with Workiva is a strong plus.
- Strong accounting background with thorough knowledge of current U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements required.
- Familiarity with Netsuite and FloQast is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of internal controls framework required
- Advanced excel and MS Office skills required.
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of general accounting experience ideally with both Big Four or public accounting experience; CPA license required.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000
